I'm living in Osaka and I'm having trouble finding out about a parade here. I know of Tokyo and Nagoya parades. I also found some info about a Kyoto parade, but it was computer-generated English translation and I couldn't really decipher the website...

So, do you know of any events for the Kansai area? Or, failing that, do you have any advice on how to organise my own last minute hooley?!

such bodhran, tin whistle, fiddle and etc for my small event in March
19th, Friday in Ebisu, Tokyo.
Of course, professional skills nor levels are NOT necessary and
